tintable putty
would anyone know of or be able to share about a tintable putty to match colored plaster ? .thanks

Any 2 part epoxy is tintable.
Use gloves and Rit dye you can get at Walmart.

thanks side wolf . i came to that conclusion also. i did a little experimentation last nite.about this .
i only have anderson's fast set putty on hand which is solvent based and not water based.
concluded that adding water based food coloring retarded the fast set curing rate and left the cured fast set putty with a rubbery consistency.(also
cured in in adish of cold water placed in freezer to simulate a winter time pool)
nice shade of pink though lol

I have used "Tints-All" for many years to color epoxy, it comes in 1 1/2 oz tubes, limitless colors available, it is available at art supply stores,
it is designed for tinting latex, alkyd, oil and acrylic paints, water soluble - washes off hands easily, no gloves needed (Mrs is an artist, she
found them for me) it also helps to start with gray or brown epoxy and work towards the final color, I also carry sample pebble tec stones to press
into the epoxy surface
