Successfully used flood grouting to repair a leak in return line of a gunite spa. on a pressure check, 20 psi to o in about 20 sec. so it was a nice
leak, was able to repair without cutting any concrete
Previous problem using the material was a manufacturing defect. They left out a key ingredient. Works like a CHAMP.

Hi Beards.
So you had a flood grouting job done?? Did you do it or did you have it done by someone else?
Are you stating that the first time it was done the process failed and then the second time it worked?
Where are you located???

Didn't see that first post but I did see that you had a 50% (basically) success rate. I would have hoped for better. Did you retry the job that you
previously tried (that had the bad mixture) or just did the good old fashioned cut and repair??

Actually, on the first job(the one with the bad product) I made hard repair the old school way-- cut and repair. On the second job with the proper
product all went as promised by the fine folks at Floodgrouting.com Had they sent me correct mix on the first job I would be batting a 1.000 . I am
sold on this and have another scheduled next week. I will post on how it works. It will not work on every job like a complete separation other than
that beats the heck out of cutting out concrete and my customer was happy not to dig into his marble deck.

We had about 4+ days invested in two jobs and neither worked. We are going to hit them again in the Spring. Both are main drain issues with nylon
fittings and black poly pipe. I have a feeling that each may have a bad nylon fitting.
