Anyone know of a product or using it?

vaguely know of one. it is really ungainly and could not reccomend. don't even remember the name. it was created a while back by a fireman in california

i seen a you tube video of a group of divers performing it. set up just like lances crack injection. Just wondering if anyone knows of one or not. I have a facility that cant shut down and does not want to drain the pool. even in a perfect world sometime you cant have your cake and eat it too.
