I go through a lot of gauges for my pressure tester. I have been buying simple filter gauges. I don't know how accurate they are. I recently
found a leak in a line. Thankfully it was visisble, but the new gauge held pressure. That is scary, I have to be accurate. Hopefully it was a one
time melfunction. Does anyone recommend any type of replacement gauges, and has this happened to anyone else.
Thanks
Dave

Christy makes a glycerine filled gauge for about $10 retail.
0-60 & 0-100psi
Hello to all you guys, we are a pool company in UK.
Glycerine gauges are far more accurate with no needle bounce.
You should find a gauge with the pressure you are testing. To be in the middle of the ga scale. If you are testing at 15 PSI then you would want a 0-30psi ga. I use a gly filled ga in a home made water proof container.
go to the closest lowes or home depot or even better a commercial plumbing store and get a $40 0-30 psi gauge they work great and if u dont bust em
they will last forever
