Guys and Gals,

Here in Los Angeles there is a product called "Plast-Aid". For all of us that do repairs after locating leaks on plastic pipes, this is a life saver. Those jet leaks that are too close to the bond beam to cut out the venturi tee, plast aid. That leak next to the equipment pad where there is a bundle of 6,7,8 pipes and your leak is on the bottom, plast aid. I've applied this to pvc main line water service pipes running at over 100 psi and have great success. In a pinch I highly recommend it.
