Believe it or not, I have found new flex hose still in wrap with the same the exact same holes. I sent a piece back and they said it is a factory
defect.

Customer sent me this picture of the top step of his 2 year old pool
He wanted to hear that the liner was defective, he confirmed my suspicion that he uses "floaters", chemical tab floaters in his pool. and that they
often got stuck on the top step. The chemical feeder sitting on the step ruined the vinyl, no defect, the pool liner installer never mentioned not
using floaters on lay-over liner stair pools.

I love the photo idea! It is easy to attach a photo to your message, below the message box is the Attachment Box where you can attach photos, VERY
IMPORTANT: you will have to limit the photo size, the attached photo below is 564 x 423 pixels ( 111kb file) in prior posts, photo files as big as 200
kb have been OK
The only time I have heard "overlay" used it was describing a snap-on pipe fitting that can be glued over a leaking pipe
On to the photo of the day:
Last season I got to operate this Hydrazzo polishing tool to remove stains caused by the fill water running down the length of the pool as they slowly
filled the new pool with a garden hose, it was kind of like riding on a floor polisher underwater

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Can we get our colleagues to post pictures of interestig repairs or unusal situations? I think it would
be helpful.
One that comes to mind is an "overlay". I personally have never hears of it and I am not alone,
