It worked like a charm. Fit through the inch and a half port with that restrictive ridge and past the two inch 90 and past the opening of the spa bypass tee.

After disassembling the valve, a #145 plug will fit in a port that is pliumbed in 1 1/2" PVC. If you need to plug a 2" port, a #152 should work, if it's too loose use a #155.
When testing to Jandy valves try to get your test pressure on the backside of the wafer seal as they are prone to leaking if you test against the front of the wafer seal.

It' not 100%, but you can usually pressure test against Jandy Valves. If you have a pressure drop, listen in the equip. area or remove the pot lid to see if water is moving. If the valve is by-passing, plug all of the common pipes(suction or return) and plug the pump. If all common pipes are plugged, suction, return and jets are seperated and pipe holds pressure, no leaky. Saves some time taking apart 8 screws, actuaters and using blow-ups that always blow out under higher pressure.

Remove the cap and diverter. Slide a 2" inflatable with a hose extender through the valve and down the pipe. Inflate.

If you need to infuse, an open plug with a 90 will seal inside the valve.
