I used the leakalyzer on a covered commercial pool with a scum gutter the other day. With the water barely trickling into them, i showed a zero loss of water. Do i need to raise the water level and run the test again to confirm? Based on my results, i would say no. Any thoughts?

The customer says the water bill doubled and that non of the restrooms have leaks.
