After you succeed on a few it gets easier. must take care not to bend or hammer on the thin steel plates, cause once deformed then it really becomes more work then its worth. I run across 1-2 a week and Ive tried grinding, cutting- etc. to strip the copper from the iron. Maybe a log spliter?
